Job description :

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for timely projects approval(APF) from Banks & NBFCs for retail loan (Getting APF of Project)
  • Facilitating customers for getting home loan from Bank/NBFCs in very short span of time/ quickly.
  • Assist in collection of dues by getting funds through home loan.
  • Making proper co-ordination with customers & banks for home loan.
  • Proper co-ordination with CRM Team to expedite the process.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Liasoining with Banks and NBFSs for getting projects approval for retail loans.
  • Facilitating customers for getting home loan and help in collection of dues.
  • Bank loan for property, apartments and plots.
  • Proper documentation for Bank Loan.
  • He should have sound experience of real estate project and retail loan approval process from Banks/NBFCs.

Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Civil

Experience : 4 – 7 Years

Salary : 5 – 8 LPA

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of RFQ, floating of enquires and preparing cost comparative statement.
  • Responsible for analysing, developing, and negotiating construction contracts.
  • Preparation of documents for pre-qualification and tendering/bidding.
  • Preparing technical and commercial comparison.
  • Issuing of LOI, LOA and Work Order once the order is finalized to the respective contractor.

Desired Candidate Profile
Well Versed with Rate Analysis, Prepare Rate analysis for new items. Cost evaluation and drafting of orders.
